On a summer day, these new homeowners are just a few steps from the covered patio into the cool refreshing pool. Brooks Malone started work on this pool just as the home construction was wrapping up. Planning in advance is key to making this work as quality contractors, including pool installers, typically are scheduled anywhere from 6-12 months out.

This backyard paradise is centered around the expansive Latham Pools model “Monaco.” This large 16′ x 40′ fiberglass pool features an 8′ deep end for diving, full-width entry staircase (or “beverage bench”) as some customers like to use it! The shallow end is 3’6″. It feature’s Latham’s Night Sky Crystal finish, and was installed with upgraded Artisan handrail and ladded for some contemporary flair. The decking is grey release stamped concrete for a no-maintenance, non-slip experience.

The pool is complemented by a Royal Spillover Spa with premium silver travertine skirting. It’s also nicely sized at 9’8″ x 7’8″. Customers lover the spillover spa combined with pool for a relaxing jetted soak and the soothing waterfall sound.

Built for Donnie & Kim Hall in the Gray area, Brooks Malone also gas burning fire pit built from boulders in its own hardscaped lounge area crafted from more natural stone.
